Shipping policy

At Velvety Scents, we know you can’t wait to experience your new favourite scent, and we don’t want to keep you waiting. Each order is carefully packed and processed within 1–2 working days, shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Once dispatched, your parcel will be shipped via Royal Mail, with delivery typically taking 2–5 working days across the UK.

You will receive a confirmation email with  tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed.

While we aim for smooth and timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as postal disruptions or busy periods., but we will always do our best to support you if any issues arise.

At this time, we only ship within the UK.
